We built the HVAC company we wanted to hire.
After years in the trade watching companies nickel-and-dime customers and subcontract the real work to strangers, we started over. Same trucks you see today. Same techs. Same phone number.
Four years of saying no to shortcuts.
Started in a single garage
One truck, one tech, one rule: the price we quote is the price you pay. We took on jobs competitors turned down because they were too small, too old, or too complicated.
First commercial contracts
Fort Lauderdale property managers started calling us for the same reasons homeowners did: we showed up, did what we said, and billed what we quoted. Two trucks. Three full-time techs.
The Comfort Club
Built our preventive maintenance program specifically for South Florida — extra coil treatment, humidity management, drain algae protection. Members loved it. Renewals hit 94%.
NATE certification across the board
Every tech on our payroll passed the North American Technician Excellence certification. We became factory-authorized for Carrier, Trane, Rheem, and Goodman.
Four trucks, 612 five-stars
Serving all of Broward County with an average emergency response time of 2h 14m. Still no subcontractors. Still flat-rate. Still answering the phone.
Four rules. No exceptions.
The quote is the price.
If we find something unexpected, we stop and get your sign-off before the meter runs. Surprise invoices are for lesser shops.
Document everything.
Photo report on every visit. Emailed before we drive off. You always know what was done and why — for you, and for the next tech.
Fix the small stuff.
We tighten the terminal, change the filter, clear the drain — even if it's not on the ticket. That's the job.
W-2s, not subs.
The people at your door are our people — trained, background-checked, and paid well enough to care. No one's pretending.
Small team. Same faces. Every time.
We grow when we find the right person — not when the calendar says we should. Everyone on the payroll has been offered more money elsewhere and stayed. Every tech is NATE-certified, EPA 608 Universal, background-checked, and on our actual payroll — never a subcontractor.

How we stock a truck.
Every morning, our techs pull a van that's already been restocked to a 127-item checklist. Capacitors, contactors, common motors, universal thermostats, float switches, disconnects, refrigerant, filters in six sizes. The parts that cover 90% of same-day repairs ride with us so they don't have to ride in from a supply house.
Stop sweating. Start the appointment.
Two-minute call. Confirmed arrival window. A tech at your door with the part on the truck. That's the whole pitch.
